The African Rhythms shows are sponsored by the Build a School in Africa Project, an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit organization that raises funds to build schools in southern Mali in partnership with Save the Children.

The show features traditional dance by the Teriya Dance Company and Troupe Teranga; the Hip-Hop Mamas and Kage Dance Group; Joyful Movement KidzDance , and additional contemporary Afro-modern pieces. 100% of proceeds go to the construction of our 8th and 9th schools in Mali's Sikasso region.
