Pre-Ballet (Age 3-4): A program developed for the young dancer that focuses on coordination, motor skill development and an introduction to ballet and proper studio etiquette.
Dancers are exposed to traditional ballet terminology, such as plie, releve, chasse, and passe. A portion of the class is devoted to increasing flexibility and body awareness through stretching and other fun exercises, as well as free dance encouraging students to respond individually to different types of music.
