Kid and Family friendly free form dance for all ages. Open to anyone. No registration needed, just show up and dance, play or jump around any time!

Great music often brings the impetus to move our bodies and at family dance, we are celebrators of free movement and dance.

You and your family will not only enjoy coming to a safe open space for a romp on the mats with friends, but they will also be guided by great music chosen by our music-loving program director who specializes in joyful, authentic movement.

From pop to electo swing and some feel good tunes from the 20th century, there is something to dance to for everyone at family dance.

CLASS ATTIRE There is no dress code, however street shoes are NEVER allowed in any studio at any time. People usually dance barefoot. We suggest comfortable clothing that allows full-range movement.
