2-hour Dance Workshop by a professional ballroom & social dance instructor, Giancarlo Costa, with a short break for complimentary refreshments, designed to help to learn, and improve dance technique, and to learn principals and fundamentals in Foxtrot.

Instructions include practice drills, pattern amalgamations, frame and movement.

You will learn dance technique, styling and polish your moves to look and feel better on the dance floor.

This Workshop will be useful to dancers of all levels.

Partner is not required.

Great way to learn, impove technique, meet people, and relieve stress after long week!

Still a classic dance for wedding receptions, the Foxtrot is a true American favorite.

Foxtrot dancers travel around the room in a counterclockwise direction in a basic rhythm of slow-slow-quick-quick.

Accessible to beginners, challenging for experienced dancers, so ALL LEVELS of dancers are encouraged to join!

Singles and couples are welcome!
