FREE trial classes - OPEN HOUSE! - Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic Dreams/Boston Rhythmic offers classes and camp in two locations, Watertown and Needham, in beautiful facilities, focusing on teaching rhythmic gymnastics, dance and ballet to girls ages 5 to 18.
The program will include flexibility and strength training, apparatus handling with balls, hoops, ribbons, ropes and clubs and basic dance and ballet technique.
Children are divided by age and skill level and we welcome girls with no experience with the sport.
This is a great opportunity to learn what rhythmic gymnastics is about or to improve your flexibility, strength or acrobatic skills.
Summer camps and Mini-Camps (Feb, April, Dec) offer two workouts each day complemented by free time, games, arts and crafts during the lunch break.
All levels of experience are welcome!
