Swing 101
Swing 101 is a beginner-friendly class designed to get you comfortable social dancing.
In this class you will learn the basic movements and rhythms of Lindy Hop from our experienced swing dance instructors.
Do I Need A Partner?
No partner necessary!
Because Lindy Hop is a very social dance, we rotate partners throughout the class, so you get to know and dance with everyone.
What Should I Wear?
Shoes that are comfortable and stick to your feet.
Sling backs and flip flops are hard to dance in.
As far as everything else, wear something comfortable that makes you feel good.
You may however want to avoid articles of clothing that a hand on the back could get caught in.
