Providence Children's Museum welcomes a traveling exhibit of three intricate 'Illustrator Quilts,' created by Brooklyn-based author, educator and literacy consultant Muriel Feldshuh in celebration of children’s books and reading. Her hand-sewn quilts incorporate original work from more than 90 famous illustrators, including Eric Carle, Tomie dePaola and Marc Brown and will be on display through the end of May.
Also explore the work of other artists and authors – and discover the artist within – during a collection of creative programs that celebrate the power of art and stories in March and April.
