Have you ever been to a quilt show? Do you like looking at colorful, fun works of art? Do you want a low-cost activity for your family that exposes your children (and yourselves) to the artwork that might be on your own beds?

Thimble Pleasures Quilt Guild is presenting 'Quilt Show 2006' featuring over 150 quilts made by guild members, a gorgeous red and cream pineapple raffle quilt, a silent auction, vendors and a boutique table. An exhibit of 'Round Robin' quilts will be featured where members rotated quilts while secretly working on each other's projects. As well, on display will be a 'Cups for a Cure' Art Bra Exhibit to raise money for women's wellness centers.

Children are encouraged to come to the show with their parents. There will be a scavenger hunt given to all children at the door and children who attend the show on Saturday will get a 'Kid's Choice' ballot to vote on their favorite quilt.
