An exciting art exhibit, “Our Shared Planet, The Animal Kingdom Portrayed”, will be on display at Lexington Arts and Crafts Society’s Parsons Gallery.
This exhibit is in partnership with Mass Audubon.
Our undeniable connection with the animal kingdom has inspired artists through the ages since cave paintings.
Eighteen invited nationally known artists working in mediums from traditional paintings to cutting edge materials are exhibiting works ranging from birds and dogs to African wildlife and sea creatures.
The goal is to raise awareness of our human connection with animals, both domestic and wild.
A portion of the proceeds from sales of the art will go to the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
