Discover the art of pop-up books in an engaging exhibit featuring an amazing array of page-turners that move, fold and pop!, from the collection of Elaine Schofield of Danvers.
Visitors will be inspired by the intricate art of these moving masterpieces as they explore the history and mechanics of pop-up art, try their hand at creating pop-ups, and step into character in a giant interactive pop-up book.
Museum members are invited to a cocktail reception on Friday, March 15 where they may tour the exhibit with Wenham Museum’s exhibition curator, Jane Bowers and will meet the award-winning author and illustrators Ed and Rebecca Emberley of Ipswich and a Family-Friendly exhibit opening is planned for Sunday, March 24, 1- 3:30 pm.
