Discover how the chipmunk got his stripes and how beavers and turtles can get along in the same pond through Native American folklore interpreted in Wenham Museum’s Wisdom of the Woods spring Family Discovery Gallery exhibit.
Children may wear animal masks, climb into a beaver's den, curl up in a bear's cave, or act out the stories with beautiful animal puppets in the gallery.
Wenham Museum’s Family Discovery Gallery features changing hands-on activities in an interactive space where young museum visitors can explore the museum’s collections, exhibits and mission through independent play and creative learning.
