Celebrate the equiox and the end of winter with a visit to Jewel Tones, an exciting exhibit at the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society.

The Metalworkers and the Weavers’ Guilds have collaborated to present an exhibit which promises to satisfy your wish to see aesthetically satisfying and imaginative works of art and craft.

Both Guilds have prepared pieces reflecting color, weave and tapestry, including a variety of items produced jointly.

Please join us for the formal opening reception on Sunday, March 23.

The program will start at 2 pm and feature our guest speaker Munya Avigail Upin speaking on “The History of Weaving in Contemporary Metals”.

Following her talk, guests are welcome to enjoy the exhibit and refreshments from 3-5 pm.
