Come see some of your children's favorite trucks and make a difference in the lives of hungry children throughout the state at the same time! Last year we raised $2500 and collected over 3,000 jars of baby food and cans of formula. We hope you'll join us again this year and make that number even higher!
Simply bring $5 per child (no charge for children under one) for admission and any unopened baby food or formula you'd like to donate to the event. All proceeds go directly to the Massachusetts Children's Fund.
This is the perfect way to teach your kids the value of giving back to the larger community at an event set up just for them. There will be over fifteen different kinds of vehicles--ranging from fire trucks to construction trucks to police cruisers to limousines to ambulances and more!!!!
The Massachusetts Children's Fund is a non-profit organization devoted to the sole purpose of providing baby food and supplies to children all over Massachusetts. Over 100,000 families with children--many with infants--sought food assistance last year alone. you can make a difference by taking part in our event and getting the entire family involved! The event will be held in the Sprague School parking lot in Wellesley. We will also offer nut-free baked goods and some wonderful raffle items just for kids! There is a brand new huge handicap and stroller accessible playground adjacent to our event, as well as playing fields. Make a day of it and pack a picnic lunch!
