A day of Indian cultural experience in Newton. You don't need a passport to visit India at this festival - with Indian food, cricket, kid's activities, crafts, music, Garba & Bhangra dances, fashion show, henna

Experience and enjoy the flavors, music, stories, crafts, fashion and games of Indian culture! In the morning, join in a 'game' of cricket with The Fessenden School's David Carey. Try out some of the Divali-themed arts & crafts, and play Carrom.

From 1 - 3pm delight in the performances and workshops from local Indian dance and music schools, followed by a fashion show, and a community Bollywood-style dance at 4pm. Try some delicious Indian food, browse the Indian craft and henna stalls. It is like travelling to India - without leaving home!
