Have you ever wanted to travel the world? Now you can, right in downtown Lowell! On the first Thursday of the month, a new country is featured, along with movies, art, dance, music, workshops, and foods that reflect the area. Once your appetite for foreign lands is whetted, you can buy a raffle ticket for $5 and enter to win a trip to a far-off country!

Start your adventure at the National Park Visitor Center (246 Market Street). Create your itinerary for the evening. Select a movie, choose a restaurant, learn a new dance step, sing a new song... the adventure is yours to choose! Upcoming destinations include Italy, India, Israel, East Asia, Ireland/Greece and Brazil.

Destination World makes full use of its local resources. Films are screened at the National Park Visitor Center; music, dance, and food are provided at the Revolving Museum or the Brush Art Gallery. Art and Culture exhibits are presented at galleries, cafes, and stores throughout the downtown.

Parking is free at the Roy Garage (100 Market Street) from 5–9 pm with validation at the parking garage office.
Public Restrooms are available at the Visitor Center on 246 Market Street, or at each of the main locations.
Movie ratings will be indicated at each venue. You must be 17 or older to be admitted to an R-rated film without a parent or guardian.
