All you'll need is your kite and a breeze at the East Meets West — Kite and Cultural Festival at Pope John Paul II State Park in Dorchester. Come fly your own kite in the Boston sky!! It will be fun-filled and family oriented. There will be kite flying accompanied by music and many other activities.
