Old Sturbridge Village recreates these spirited celebrations in a style that harkens back to the early 19th century.
Visitors can participate in toasts to Washington's life and legacy, learn about dancing etiquette at the Washington Birthday Ball on Saturday, and if your name is George or Martha -- your admission is free!
Other presidents from our earlier days will also be present to join in the festivities.
Old Sturbridge Village is offering a Kids Free on Winter Weekends promotion through March 30th, 2014.
Children 17 and under get in free during weekends when accompanied by an adult paying full-priced admission.
