The 11th Annual “Animal Rights Day,” at the Massachusetts School of Law is packed with entertaining and educational opportunities for all.
Held Saturday, April 15, 2017, on the MSLAW campus in Andover, the day kicks off with a complimentary breakfast at 8:30am, and wraps up after a free lunch at 1pm.
In-between, visitors are treated to some of the most engaging animal-related activities, presentations and demonstrations in New England.
The 2017 Animal Rights Day schedule features the always-popular visit from the Andover Fire Department with their truck and rescue equipment, plus ongoing animal crafts, face painting, children’s book readings, a police dog demonstration, a visit from Curious Creatures and the MSPCA’s Barnyard Birds, and tips from Blue Dog Pet Training.
Adult sessions include discussions about Dog Bite Defense and Liability, Cruelty-Free products, and more.
Special guests include Steve Roberts, an award-winning dog trainer and handler.
Roberts, who owns K-9 Top Performance in Reading, MA, is an expert in Protective Dog Training, and will demonstrate the associated techniques with the help of some of his most accomplished canine partners.
