In Vietnamese tradition, this occasion is a gathering of family and friends to celebrate the summer’s harvest under a full moon.
Building on that tradition, we hope to bring together our neighbors in the Boston community.
Activities will include lantern making, outdoor games, and a competition for best bánh trung thu, Vietnamese moon cakes.
We will end the festival at sundown with a lighting of lanterns.
