Presented by the Lakes Region Builders & Remodelers Association (LRBRA), the self-guided home tour features superior home designs.
The goal is to put interested homeowners into contact with talented and skilled trade professionals.
This is an annual, must-see fall event held every Columbus Day Weekend and takes place Saturday, Sunday and Monday Oct.
7, 8 & 9th from 10-4 PM daily.
Visitors look forward to meeting builders in person as they explore beautiful newly completed homes, it's a one-of-a-kind hands on home show.
The tour includes four waterfront homes, three of the builds are part of developments and are for sale, there are also three remodeled projects of varying degrees.
We have four new builders on the tour this year and some of our veteran parade builders are back ready to “Wow” parade-goers.
Whether you want ideas for your current home, are looking for your next home or just appreciate the craftsmanship of new homes, the Parade has something for everyone.
Tickets can be purchased at any of the properties.
One ticket allows entry into all of the homes on the tour and cost $20.
Children 18 and under are free.
Ticket proceeds go back into the community through the builders Workforce Development Initiative and Scholarship programs-helping to inspire the next generation of trade professionals.
