This annual event showcases Strawbery Banke's historic houses, gardens and traditional craft demonstrations with the addition of more than two dozen artisans in traditional costume: blacksmith, sailmaker, weavers, woodworker, cooper, basketmaker, wood carver, spinner and animal handlers with sheep, oxen and other heirloom breeds.

The Seacoast Modern Quilt Guild also participates with a special exhibit of quilts.

And 23 children's book authors and illustrators present the 4th annual Children's Book Festival from 11 to 3.

Children under 17 admitted free all day.
