Discover minerals from around the globe at the East Coast Gem, Mineral & Fossil Show, August 9, 10 and 11, 2024 at the Eastern States Exposition Better Living Center, home of THE BIG E.Visitors can find worldwide treasures without leaving the comfort of air-conditioned buildings.
Great shopping and a fun educational experience are provided by vendors from around the world.
Dealers, miners, artisans, and crafters sell an amazing variety of “rocks” ranging from 50 cent tumbled stones to $50,000++ mineral specimens, from inexpensive beads to designer creations, and from shark’s teeth to fossil skeletons.
Natural mineral specimens, fossils, gemstones, beads, jewelry, meteorites, crystals, geodes, decorator items, and lapidary supplies and equipment are among the items for sale.
The 2024 show features the collections of Dr. Terry C. Wallace, Jr., and Dr. Joan Massagué.
For family fun, collecting rocks, minerals and fossils, whether at a show or in the field, is a great hobby.
Special booths at the show offer free mineral specimens for kids and geodes to purchase that can be cracked open to reveal never-before-seen crystals.
