Come celebrate summer at this old-fashioned summer event! Enjoy ice cream with all the toppings, plus hot dogs, hamburgers, lemonade, cotton candy, popcorn and more. There'll also be a variety of craft/fair booths, kids' games and activities, entertainment and prize raffles.

Admission is free.

93 South to Exit 12 (Quincy/Neponset). Go over Neponset Bridge, down onto Quincy Shore Drive. Follow Quincy Shore Drive for approx. 3 miles, turning left onto Sea St. Follow Sea St. to Manet Ave.

Review

My family had a nice time. They enjoyed the games, ice cream, and barbecue. Hopefully, the menu will be expanded next year to include side-dishes and maybe some watermelon. Also, the games were geared towards younger kids (4-8). There could be more games for older kids. Overall, it was worth the trip from Boston for a couple hours of family fun.
