Get started on your holiday shopping at St. Anne’s 47th annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. where you can find something for everyone on your list. The Bazaar, which is the largest fundraiser for the parish, attracts parishioners and area residents, as well as reunites past parishioners, school alumni and community leaders each year. Bring the entire family for a day of fun, and stay for dinner too. St. Anne’s school hall is located at 20 Como Road, Readville.

Find everything from hand-knit sweaters, Afghans, and baby sets to one-of-a-kind crafts, jewelry, books and baked items at the bazaar. And don’t forget to visit the white elephant table where you can find glasses, appliances, plates, pots, statues, art and much more.

Take a chance and buy a raffle ticket. Prizes include: Red Sox autographed baseballs, two kid’s bicycles, assorted gift baskets, knitted goods, and more.

Bring the kids too. There are plenty of activities to keep them occupied while you shop or get a bite to eat – they can win prizes in the game room, or get creative in the children’s activity room where crafts, story telling, drawing contests and more will be offered. Peruse the toy room for new and used sporting goods, games, bikes and toys.

And don’t forget to have your photo taken with Santa from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Just $5 per picture or five pictures for $20.

The kitchen will be serving meatballs, chicken fingers, French fries, Greek salad, sausages, pizza, fried dough and much more.

A pasta dinner will be served cafeteria style from 4 to 6 p.m. — $7 per person, $6 for seniors, and $20 for a family of four.
