Nottingham Brass will perform a special interactive family concert at 'The Hall' at Groton School on Sunday, March 4, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. This truly unique event will feature the excellent brass quintet playing a variety of music from Bach to Sousa.

This concert is for the whole family and will give young children an opportunity to learn about brass instruments, how they evolved, and how they are played. Everyone will learn about the types of music popular in different eras, and all – young and old – will have an opportunity to participate in the concert.

The Groton School is located at 282 Farmers Row. The concert is hosted by Union Congregational Church. Proceeds will be used toward the purchase of a three-octave set of handbells for the church. In the case of inclement weather, call the ticket info. numbers for rescheduling date.
