The City of Lowell’s 2nd Annual Film Festival will focus on issues of fair trade, garment production, sustainability, and supply & demand in today’s complex global food market. Programming will include film screenings, guest speakers, panel discussions, AND a fair trade market. The three-day event is FREE and open to the public!
