The Boston Landmarks Orchestra kicks off the inaugural showing in its first annual Landmarks Films series, part of the Landmarks Festival at the Shell, with a viewing of the 1951 Gene Kelly musical film An American in Paris inspired by George Gershwin’s 1928 orchestral composition of the same name.
