Made right here in MA, The Child King is the inspirational story of a determined young man with Down Syndrome who takes his little brother on a life-changing quest to find Santa Claus at the North Pole. The feature-length film follows in the steps of many classic movies by demonstrating it is the most unassuming characters that inspire through their ordinary deeds to become heroes. In this case, a young man rises above the limitations set by others to discover that anything and everything is possible.

The Child King has neither Hollywood stars nor the slick production values of a big-budget movie. What it does have is heart and a life-affirming message. Since its release 'The Child King' has become an Internet success story thanks, in large measure, to generous word-of-mouth among the intellectual disabilities community.

The filmmakers are giving back to the community, disbursing all producer's profits through the Child King Foundation's grant program (www.childkingfoundation.org) that helps those who help the intellectually disabled.
