Hang on to the last vestiges of festive summer evenings, as Fan Pier hosts two nights of Movies on the Green.

Families and movie goers can spread out under the stars to enjoy two fan-favorite Hollywood flicks in the waterfront development’s Green, a park that flanks this historic Boston Harbor.

Movie buffs of all ages are encouraged to bring a blanket and a picnic to cozy up under the stars as Fan Pier hosts two nights of Movies on the Green.

As part of the City of Boston’s summer entertainment series, Fan Pier Park will be transformed to a giant open-air movie theater, transporting guests back in time with modern classics “Back to the Future” and “Ghost Busters,” which will be shown on a giant screen set against the beautiful scenic Boston city skyline and Harbor.
