About Bird Park
Francis William Bird Park is a historic landscape park located in East Walpole that is owned and managed by The Trustees of Reservations.

The park was created in 1925 by the Bird family of Walpole.

Noted landscape architect John Nolen designed the park to provide Walpole residents with a place for relaxation.

The park features three miles of walking paths that wind throughout the park and over a series of unique bridges.

Visitors also enjoy the grassy meadows, mature shade trees, tree groves, and ponds.

The Trustees also offer numerous recreational and educational programs throughout the year at the park.
