This gentle film for 5th grade and up explores how the cycle of poverty can be broken by educating girls and follows the experiences of nine girls across the globe.

in just one generation.

Girl Rising is a feature film, narrated by Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Selena Gomez and others, that tells the stories of nine incredible girls across the globe.

This screening is organized by the student Taking Risks Club at the Rindge Avenue Upper Campus.
