My Gym and My Gym Challenged America (MGCA) are proud to present MY GYM FAMILY FITNESS DAY, an event designed to inspire and empower children and their families to make smart, healthful choices every day. MY GYM FAMILY FITNESS DAY emphasizes the ongoing theme at My Gym of fun, fitness, and good health.
This National event will be the culmination of a month-long awareness campaign and fundraising effort. All proceeds will benefit MGCA, an organization committed to promoting physical fitness for children of all abilities and economic circumstances, with an emphasis on positive reinforcement and fun.
