Very disappointedWe signed my son up for Super Soccer Stars last year when he was three - the class was absolutely chaotic with too many kids and instructors who could not manage the class. We dropped out early and I did not try to get a refund. Gave it another year and signed him up for the four year old class. Having been told that this was a 'drop off class' with little or no parental intervention, planned on taking my 20 month old to the playground 50 feet from the soccer area during the classes and letting the instructor manage the class. Upon arrival at the first class realized that all of the other parents were sticking around, including a 'helicopter mom' who badgered her daughter throughout the class and even told me that she'd manage my son while I was off watching my daughter. Because this was not the experience we anticipated, I contacted Super Soccer Stars about an hour before the second class to withdraw and obtain a refund, only to be told that I had to contact them 24 hours prior to the class to get any money back. They will not budge on their policy so I'm out $125. They did offer to give me a class credit but with two bad experiences with Super Soccer Stars I am not interested in a wasting my time on a third.
Super Soccer StarsClasses were fantastic and the coaches did an amazing job relating to my son and allowing him to enjoy his soccer experience. Highly recommend Super Soccer STARS for any parent looking to get their child up and active and having fun.
