You can expect some weight training, agility training, core training and to have a lot of fun getting stronger, having more energy and losing those extra pounds. We teach you to exercise with proper form and core stability.

FREE for the first week. We have four week camps that you can sign up for. They are $200 for a camp that you will work out three times a week for an hour for four weeks.
