Fit For You is running a FREE BOOT CAMP for women week where you can come and try it out. It is Monday January 4th 6am-7am, Thursday January 7th 6am-7am and Saturday January 9th from 8am-9am. Arrive 10-15 minutes early just to register for the free class. I do advise you to pre register on facebook or on our website www.fitforyoupt.com as space is limited to 20 per class.
You can expect so me weight training, agility training, core training and to have a lot of fun getting stronger, having more energy and losing those extra pounds. We teach you to exercise with proper form and core stability.

FREE for the first week and $200.00 for a four week camp. You work out three times a week for an hour, for four weeks. You will lose weight, lose inches, have more energy and feel good about yourself. All major credit cards accepted.
