Research has shown that children benefit from practicing yoga as a means of increasing self esteem, building confidence, strength, and brain balance, and providing energy release. My yoga classes incorporate music, storytelling, and games to enhance a child's imagination and stretch their curious minds and bodies!

As a clinician and yoga teacher for kids in the Boston/Brookline area I have also taught yoga classes at the Boston Children's Museum, Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center, and in local family and corporate daycare centers.
