Harness the secrets behind David Ortiz’s hitting prowess and Dustin Pedroia’s speed with the men who help them stay in shape year-round. This special baseball-inspired class will emphasize strength training, as it is crucial for baseball success in helping players gain explosive power, protect against injury, improve flexibility and lean muscle mass.

WHERE: 505 Bolyston Street (at Clarendon), Boston
