Shannon Lavery, a licensed yoga teacher who works in the Concord Public Schools, will teach a yoga class for young children based on the 'Yoga Pretzels' cards published by Barefoot Books. The class is in our flagship store, so you will have a chance to check out the 'Yoga Pretzels' cards as well as our other books and products.

We provide yoga mats, and parents are welcome to join in if they wish!
