Dara Kelly, owner/master trainer of Peapod Fitness (fitness for new and expectant mamas) will be conducting a master class on how to do an intensive, calorie torching, core strengthening workout in a short amount of time. Because as we all know, SOMETIMES moms get busy and don’t really have a ton of time to ourselves.

So we’ll break a sweat, groan in agony for a minute or 10, and then chat about making the most of your workouts, proper nutrition for the family, and what is the most effective way to achieve your goals. It’ll make those “get in shape” resolutions a (small - all in moderation!) piece of cake.
