Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
With 9 class locations offered in Boston and Charlestown each week as well as weekly playgroups and regular moms night out events, Stroller Strides provides local moms the opportunity to connect with one another and find strength in motherhood!

Schedule of events: We will kick off our morning with a free, 60-minute Stroller Strides class!
