Come join Ultimate Bootcamp this December for fat blasting, muscle toning, and endurance boosting workouts to get you on the right track for the holiday season! With some of the best trainers around, they will encourage you, motivate you, and get you in the best shape of your life.

Every class will be different keeping your body guessing and working muscles in new and different ways while having fun and meeting new people. All fitness levels welcome as we will modify and inensify the workout on an individual basis.
