Ultimate Bootcamp is an exciting, full-body conditioning fitness program designed to challenge, tone and trim the body in just a few short weeks.

Core strengthening drills, muscle toning exercises and calorie-burning cardio games are mixed together with motivation and encouragement to provide a fun-filled workout for a wide range of fitness abilities. Morning and evening classes are available.

Outdoor classes available all year long. Indoor classes available Jan-March.
