Baby Plus One Yoga

Jess teaches eclectic vinyasa in the Boston area. Her classes are known for creative sequencing and a challenging flow set to energetic music, followed by restorative closing asanas. We welcome babies [up till crawling] and their caregivers for an invigorating yoga practice.
