You can drop the kids and go next door for a coffee or shop the plaza.
Class will include a book reading, a yoga class-including savasana and brief circle discussion and a take away art.
We are running this in four week sessions but you do not have to commit to them all!
But it is a cost savings if you do.
Drop ins are always welcome!
