Not only is the idea of taking a jog outside terribly terrifying in Boston’s freezing temperatures, but holiday travel means you may not always have access to your favorite gym.
Ana is hosting a free 60-minute community event at Reebok Back Bay Collective that will not only get you sweating, but teach you how to stay fit just using body weight this winter.
Ana will lead everyone in a 30-minute body weight workout that can easily translate into the comfort of your home, in-law’s house or even hotel room, followed by a 30-minute Q&A where she will answer any and all of your health and fitness questions.
Tickets are limited to a small number of participants for an intimate event.
The event will also feature complimentary snacks from organic, vegan snack food brand PRANA.
