1. Several Yoga Poses to stretch and strengthen muscles used in child care
2. Relaxation and Mediation

Stroller Yoga is founded by Fitness Expert and mother of two, Kim Preveza. Kim is the mother of a newborn and a toddler. She is a master trainer with certifications in Viniyoga, Stott Pilates, and Personal Training through the American Council on Exercise, teaches Prenatal Aquatics, and is the publisher of Pilates Fitness Journal. She was a Fitness Expert for the Newborn Channel for the program 'Back in Shape.' She specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum exercise

  • What to Bring

  • * Yourself and child(ren)

  • * Study Stroller (not prone to tipping) Double Strollers are welcome (classes are per adult not per child)

  • * Diaper Bag

  • * Sunscreen – slather your child and yourself up before class and bring some to reapply

  • * Other sun protection, sun hats, sun shades, etc

  • * Drinks and Snacks for you and your child, bottle or nursing essentials, such a sling

  • * Towels: small to wipe hands and face in case you sweat. Large one in case we do some yoga on the beach

  • * Toys your child enjoys in the stroller and for afterward such as beach toys

  • * And as with all forms of exercise, you Doctors permission, usually at 6 week postpartum check-up
