Stroller Yoga is founded by Fitness Expert and mother of two, Kim Preveza. Kim is the mother of a newborn and a toddler. She is a master trainer with certifications in Viniyoga, Stott Pilates, and Personal Training through the American Council on Exercise, teaches Prenatal Aquatics, and is the publisher of Pilates Fitness Journal. She was a Fitness Expert for the Newborn Channel for the program 'Back in Shape.' She specializes in Prenatal and Postpartum exercise

- What to Bring
- * Yourself and child(ren)
- * Study Stroller (not prone to tipping) Double Strollers are welcome (classes are per adult not per child)
- * Diaper Bag
- * Sunscreen – slather your child and yourself up before class and bring some to reapply
- * Other sun protection, sun hats, sun shades, etc
- * Drinks and Snacks for you and your child, bottle or nursing essentials, such a sling
- * Towels: small to wipe hands and face in case you sweat. Large one in case we do some yoga on the beach
- * Toys your child enjoys in the stroller and for afterward such as beach toys
- * And as with all forms of exercise, you Doctors permission, usually at 6 week postpartum check-up
