Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program for moms with their babies and/or toddlers in tow! Join us for this specialty class where we'll encorporate beach balls into our class. This class will be held at Bradley Palmer and will be free if it's your first time joining us! Please bring your stroller, water, sunscreen and a mat or towel for abs. We'll supply the beach balls!
