The Youth Fitness challenge will meet every Monday from 4:30pm-5:30pm. It is a seven week program that will include pushups, situps, broad jumping, jumping rope, pull-ups, dips and hangs, team relays and forms of cardio exercises. Prizes and points will be awarded on a weekly basis and prizes for individual improvement will be given at the end of the session.
