Come watch our martial arts demonstration of Sanda Kung Fu for teens and kids. Our Kids' Kick and Junior/Young Teen Program at Boston Sanda Kickboxing offers children, teens, and even their parents the chance to develop their ability to focus, foster self-confidence, and build self-esteem, as well as to improve their level of physical fitness and strength.

Try out some basic self-defense techniques for free and meet the friendly staff at KidsKick! . Families welcome! Please wear comfortable clothes if you plan on particiapting.
