Join Marlene for an opportunity to experience your yoga practice in a more present, intentional and embodied manner.Participants will be guided through unique sequences, encouraged to listen to their bodies inner wisdom, and conclude the experience with a sound meditation.
The class will be held at the Hatchling at Rings Fountain on The Greenway!
